Join us for ACEP24 from September 29—October 2 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.
Access for registered press will be limited to the published educational programming, Research Forum and the exhibit hall only. All courses and lectures during ACEP24 will be in-person only and will not be live-streamed for remote access. In addition, ACEP staff is available to help arrange interviews with ACEP faculty for all courses and Research Forum.
To register as press, you must have valid press credentials or identification from a valid news organization. ACEP members and ACEP24 Exhibitors are not eligible to register as press. All requests for press credentials may be subject to further review and approval.
Credentials may be picked up in in the Communications Workroom, Mandalay Bay Convention Center — Room Banyan, AB during the following hours:
• Saturday, September 28: Noon—5:00 PM
• Sunday, September 29: 8:00 AM—10:00 AM and 2:30 PM—5:30 PM
Currently, there are no COVID-19 protocols in place for ACEP24. We will continue to update our policies as changes are made or required.
